Sperrung Rödgener Straße und Einschränkungen im Stadtbusverkehr Linie 1 und Linie 17
Ab dem 23. März 2026 wird die Rödgener Straße im Abschnitt westlich der Monroestraße und der Zufahrt zur Sophie-Scholl-Schule vollständig gesperrt.
Der Stadtteil Rödgen wird weiterhin durch die Linie 1 (montags bis freitags) sowie zusätzlich durch die Linie 17 bis Rödgen „Bürgerhaus“ (montags bis sonntags) bedient. Die Bedienungshäufigkeit bleibt insgesamt erhalten. In der Hauptverkehrszeit entsteht jedoch kein durchgängiger 15-Minuten-Takt. Die Linie 17 endet am Berliner Platz. Von dort besteht die Möglichkeit, zum Bahnhof umzusteigen oder die Verbindung wie gewohnt mit der Linie 1 über die Haltestelle „Friedrichstraße“ zu nutzen. Der Abschnitt zwischen „Bahnhof“ und „Berliner Platz“ entfällt aus Zeitgründen.
Während der Baumaßnahme entfallen die Haltestellen „Rudolf-Diesel-Straße“ und „Sophie-Scholl-Schule“. Als Ersatz werden die Haltestellen „Colemanstraße Ersatz“, „Gefahrenabwehrzentrum“ und „Stolzenmorgen Ersatz“ regelmäßig durch die Linien 1 und 17 bedient.
Die Haltestelle „Lufthansastraße“ wird künftig häufiger bedient (Linie 1 statt Linie 17).
